CM3500XL with Vacuum Hood and CoolVac22 Honda Vacuum in Perryville, Missouri
Cool Machines offers many options when it comes to wall spray. Right now, they have five different ways to recycle material back to the hopper. Chad Taylor of Taylor Construction, needed a solution that provides great flexibility. We recommended the CM3500XL with Vacuum Hood Recycler. His setup uses a standard insulation vacuum (CoolVac22 Honda) to recycle material back to the recycling hopper. The recycling hopper can be dialed into exact measurements to provide a consistent wall spray job.
The external vacuum is able to be used for attic extractions. This gives Chad greater flexibility in that he has a blower, recycling hopper AND a separate vacuum. For a start-up insulation company, ready to do wall spray, this is a great option.
We started our two week travels at his location in Perryville, Missouri. He built a training wall in his garage. After about one hour of training, he was dialed in and spraying successfully. We HIGHLY recommend training before tackling an entire house project. In Chad’s case, he was able to start a job on a house in Cape Girardeau, two weeks later. We returned, and helped with further refinements to his spray settings as well as technique.
We are thankful for customers, like Chad, who has the dedication to work through some of the frustrations when starting out with wall spray cellulose.
