The CoolVac37 gas insulation machine brings 75% more vacuum production than our already popular CoolVac23.
Because of the power and speed of this vacuum, we recommend the following:
- Use a diverter so that you can place two vacuum bags on the outlet. This diverter allows you to quickly switch from a full bag to an empty bag without shutting down the vacuum.
- Consider using TWO people in the attic. This vacuum is very capable of providing enough power to split from one 6″ hose to TWO 4″ hoses. You will save time! At least one hose will be in the material so you do not lose time.
- SAFETY! Use our new Output Safety Device to stop the velocity of objects that bypass the vacuum saver.

With these physics, you would expect this hog to be extremely noisy? We measured the decibels of a smaller 27 horsepower vacuum (by another […]
Insulation Vacuum Production Comparison: CoolVac37 & MOAV
Our CoolVac37 and MOAV are currently (year 2021) the most innovative and powerful insulation removal machines on the market. The vacuum capabilities of these two monster vacs allows for multiple people to extract at the same time, using a “Y” tube.
