CM4500: An Insulation Machine Leading the Market in Production and Efficiency
Imagine loading a machine full of fiber and insulating an attic by yourself! The CM4500 has a hooper capacity large enough to load up with enough material to make this a possibility.
Vermont Foam in Chester, Vermont, purchased our CM4500 due to its ability to fill attics with ultimate speed and best coverage. They are enjoying the 6,750 pounds of cellulose per hour that this machine produces. The hopper holds up to 25 bags and gives plenty of power to put the material long distances.
The machine, while massive, takes up less room in a truck than other machines nearing its class. I say “nearing” because you will be hard-pressed to find a machine capable of pushing 6,750 pounds of cellulose in an hour. This machine has:
- A hopper that can hold 25 stacked cubes of cellulose
- 15hp PD blower capable of blowing material up to 600 feet
- 5″ hose output
- Shredders above the airlock which provide excellent conditioning of any blown fiber
While in Vermont, we visited Kit Antonizzi in Burlington. Her company, NorthStar Leasing has handled our financing options for a few years. She has processed hundreds of orders for us and we are thankful to have a reliable, non-“salesy,” non-pushy finance person work beside us in providing reasonable payment options in the US and Canada.
